Where can I go with questions about my invoice?
These can only be answered by our financial department. You can reach them via account@voicebooking.com. Please do not ask questions via other channels or people within Voicebooking.
Why has my email not been answered?
We strive to answer within one working week. Please take into account at least 3 days. In the meantime sending reminders or approaching other people within Voicebooking will not affect this.

We understand and we would love to help you right away. But that means that questions that were asked before yours would have to wait longer to get an answer (and then they will send us a reminder too).
What is the payment term?
The payment term is 60 days after uploading your invoice. Please do not send reminders before the 60 days have passed.
Payment term has passed but no payment received yet.
It is possible that your invoice date does not match the date of the upload of the invoice. We only look at the date of uploading.
With international payments, sometimes the banks hold on to the money for a few days. This can lead to a delay in the moment of payment. Please be patient and do not contact us on day 61.
I’m new to Voicebooking and would like to send my invoice
Login to our system and go to the project you want to invoice. On the bottom left is an upload button. There you can upload your invoice. The payment term is 60 days after uploading your invoice.
